While the generators with powers from 500 watts are operated with water cooling, the generator with 250 watts has a modern and efficient air cooling.
Fricke and Mallah's Solid State Microwave Generators are compact, lightweight and highly reliable semiconductor-based generators that produce continuous wave in the frequency range between 2400 MHz and 2500 MHz, and power levels of 20 W and 250 W. The power is easily adjustable in 1 W steps. In addition to CW operation, pulsed operation up to 20 kHz in a ratio of 20% - 100% is also possible.
