Optimal heating processes
In conservative systems, the ovens and the product are first indirectly heated by the oven; in microwave technology, the product is directly heated. This has several advantages:
- A faster temperature change is achieved by directly controlling the energy supply (no loss of time due to heating and cooling).
- Higher energy efficiency (80 % and more possible)
- Shorter process times
