The Solid State Microwave Generators from Fricke and Mallah are compact, lightweight and very reliable generators based on semiconductors, which produce continuous wave in the frequency range between 2400 MHz and 2500 MHz and a power of 20 W and 500 W. The power can be easily measured in 1 W increments.
At the same time, it integrates real-time monitoring and fully automatic operation (via optionally available software) with a newly designed user-friendly interface that allows the user to easily set up and control it. In addition to CW operation, pulsed operation up to 20 kHz at a ratio of 20% - 100% is also possible.
All of the improvements to this already proven system result in microwave processes that are even more accurate, flexible and easy to control. Due to the modular design of the housing, different connection options are possible - depending on the application quite flexible configurable.
