We are pleased to announce another innovative microwave generator with Solid-State-Technology. With the new modular Solid State Generator with 1150 Watt / 2450 MHz with new control software, isolator and state-of-the-art measurement technology we have expanded our product range.
Fricke and Mallah's solid state microwave generators are compact, lightweight, and highly reliable solid state generators that produce continuous wave in the frequency range between 2400 MHz and 2500 MHz and power from 20 W and 1150 W. The power is easily adjustable in 5 W steps. At the same time, it integrates real-time monitoring and fully automatic operation (via optionally available software) with a newly designed user-friendly interface that allows the user to easily set up and control. In addition to CW operation, pulse operation up to 20 kHz at a ratio of 20% - 100% is also possible.
For local operation (stand-alone), the control panel gives an overview of the most important parameters, such as frequency, forward and reverse power, error management and temperature of the generator. Furthermore, various operating modes can be set, such as random frequency, frequency scan, frequency sweep or automatic adjustment tracking.
