The requirements for further developing technologies in the field of analogue and digital circuit technology are constantly increasing. In order to meet these requirements in the future, Fricke und Mallah Microwave Technology GmbH has strengthened its prototype production of printed circuit boards. This is an important step towards making the product development of electronic components more flexible and shortening lead times.
The experienced development team now has a manual stencil printer, a universal assembly station and a vapour phase soldering machine at its disposal. The component spectrum ranges from chip 0201 to fine-pitch and BGA components. The placement of BGA and QFN components is safely guaranteed by a special vision system. Only lead-free solder is used throughout the process.
The purchase drastically reduces the time needed for prototype development. This leads to faster production readiness of the products.
The production of printed circuit boards, where the bottom side as well as the top side is assembled, can be reliably carried out with this equipment.
In addition to the rapid implementation of prototype production for product development, special customer requirements can be implemented very quickly in small series.
