Up to 1200°C with two resonance chambers
Different materials have different properties when it comes to the penetration depth of microwaves and the absorption of microwave energy for heating. These properties also depend on frequency and temperature. Some materials only become receptive to microwave radiation at higher temperatures, while others may lose their susceptibility as temperature increases. For precise heating with microwave energy, you need accurate measurement data of the material properties over the desired temperature range at one or more frequency bands. Our machine can measure many intermediate points and target temperatures across the entire temperature range in each cycle, at two different microwave frequency bands.
