Introducing the Next-Generation Semiconductor Signal Generators for RF & Microwave Process Control

The latest semiconductor-based signal generators are designed specifically for industrial heating and plasma applications. These generators deliver high precision, flexibility, and reliability across common ISM frequency bands, including 900–930 MHz, 2.4–2.5 GHz, and 5.725–5.875 GHz, with customizable frequencies available from 400 MHz to 6 GHz.
They support scalable power amplifier systems, providing up to 60 W output in standard configurations, and up to 8000 W in advanced setups. Ultra-fast frequency switching under 0.5 μs, nanosecond pulse resolution (6.25 ns), minimum pulse widths of 100 ns, and rise/fall times of 200 ns ensure precise and reproducible performance in demanding industrial environments.
Integration and control are made seamless with multiple communication interfaces, including PROFINET, USB, RS422/RS485, CAN-BUS, and I²C. The generators are SCPI99-compatible and can be easily integrated into LabView, MATLAB, and Python environments via dedicated libraries. Both internal and external power control options optimize process management and efficiency.
Safety and compliance are built into every unit, featuring hardware RF interlocks and adherence to IEC 60519-6 / VDE 0721-6 standards. The supply voltage ranges from 12–36 VDC, supporting versatile industrial deployment. Fast frequency scanning and DLL optimization minimize reflected power, reducing downtime and enhancing process reliability.
