Description

Laboratory device to increase energy and resource efficiency in the recycling of organically contaminated electronic waste (aluminum)

Microwave pyrolysis rotary kiln to increase the energy and resource efficiency of recycling various products:

- Organically contaminated electronic scrap (aluminum)

- Glass fiber reinforced plastics

- Plastics

More features

- Slide to push the material into the pipe.

- An outer, gas-tight and solid jacket housing that reflects the microwave radiation and holds the material in place.

- An inner, gas-tight rotating tube that is permeable to microwave radiation, in which the goods are transported. The rotating tube with a 3° inclination is driven by a motor whose speed can be regulated.

- Connections for introducing and extracting process gases (e.g. inert gases)

- Professional simulation with the CST-STUDIO software
