We advise our customers which generator is the optimal solution. Therefore, we always recommend the appropriate generator - designed for the product to be heated. Despite the numerous advantages of Solid State generator technology, it is not suitable for every application. Especially for high power input during drying, magnetron technology is still the cheaper alternative.
The generators are powered by a simple but effective and cost-effective Transformer Power Supply or highly innovative Switch Mode Power Supplies. These feed the magnetron head, which can be equipped with the appropriate high quality magnetron, isolators and isolaunchers as required.
For our magnetron technology, we have developed high and low ripple Switch Mode Power Supplies that maintain the ideal operating point. This leads to a high efficiency and longer lifetime of the microwave generators.
