The laboratory system FMG 2000-1 with 2 kW microwave power is equipped with an isolator, a directional coupler, a three stub tuner and a R26 hollow waveguide flange. The power is continiously controlable from 0 to 100%. A digital display of the incident and reflected microwave power makes the matching of the generator to different applicators very easy. For heating experiments a programmable temperature controller is integrated.

 

The laboratory system FMG 2000-2 has the same features as the type 2000-1. However the three stub tuner is motor driven. This makes possible automatic tuning procedures. These are necessary, if there occur significant changes of the material characteristics during the heating process. Furthermore the system is equipped with a more powerful temperature controller.
